Feminism and media : ウィキペディア英語版 | Feminism and media
Feminism is defined as “the doctrine advocating social, political, and all other rights of women equal to those of men”. Feminists range across a variety of genders, races, ethnic backgrounds, and religions. Throughout the years, feminists have used a wide variety of media to spread their messages. This media includes but is not limited to newspaper, literature, radio broadcasts, television, social media, and internet. Without media to distribute their ideas, feminism movements would not have been possible and could have succumbed to potential setbacks. ==History== The history of feminism begins in the 19th century and continues through present day. It can be broken down into three distinct sections: first-wave, second-wave, and third-wave.
